1. Preparation for tower crane installation

1) understand site layout and soil condition, and clear obstacles.

2) determine the laying position of the foundation according to the layout of the building, and set the foundation according to the technical requirements specified in the fixed foundation diagram.

3) to know whether the technical performance of the tower crane is consistent with the instruction and whether there is no need for maintenance.

4) according to the needs of tower crane installation and disassembly, the following machines and tools should be prepared in advance: serial number, name, unit number, note: 1 truck crane, 1 2 theodolite frame, 2 3 hammers, 2 4 crowbars, 2 5 steel wire ropes, 6 6 special wrenches, 2 7 palm rope, 2 8 unclamps, 4 only

5) verify the construction quality of the foundation in accordance with the requirements of acceptance record of concealed work of tower crane foundation and the description of tower crane.

6) determine the height error of the foundation embedded parts, so as to prepare the gasket.

8) detailed understanding of the current situation of the assembly and disassembly site and the vehicle access channel.

2. Installation steps of tower crane

1) installation sequence from bottom to top.

2) mounting base frame: on the concrete foundation, keep the base frame horizontal and tighten the anchor bolts.

3) fix the foundation section on the bottom frame, and note that the tower with steps on the foundation section should be perpendicular to the building.

4) slowly hoist a standard section with a height of 2.2m onto the foundation section. During installation, pay attention to the steps and ladders on the standard section corresponding to those on the foundation section. The connection between the standard sections adopts high-strength bolts of M45 and must reach the pre-tightening torque of 800N.

5) assemble the climbing frame into a whole on the ground, install the hydraulic system, and then lift the climbing frame, set it outside the standard section and foundation section, and make the climbing claw of the climbing frame rest on the last step of the foundation section.

6) install the upper and lower support, slewing support and platform into one on the ground, and then lift and install this set of components on the tower body section. Connect the lower support with the climbing frame and tower body section respectively with 4 pins and 4 M5 high-strength bolts.

7) a balance arm pull rod is connected on the top of the tower, and then the top of the tower is lifted and fixed on the upper support with 4 pins. The tilted side of the tower top is on the same side as the lifting arm.
