Fault analysis and troubleshooting method of starting button of tower crane
Start button does not start cause analysis:
1. There is no working power supply for tower lifting;
2. Four-in-one protector action or damage
3. The handle is not zero;
4. The total start control line is broken;
5. Zero bit interlock contact or start, stop button damage;
6. Total contactor burned.
Start button does not start exclusion method:
1. Close the gate to send power to the tower hanging work;
2. Check the working voltage adjustment to 380V ± 5 %, repair or replace the four-in-one protector, adjust the power phase sequence;
3. Zeroing the handle;
4. Check for repairs;
5. Check repair or replacement elements;
6. Replacement of total start contactor
